Sometime we need to withdrawal

Even when it seems you are in your darkest hour-you have lost hope and possibly the will to keep going- PRAY-  Just as Jesus did in the garden of Gethsemane. 
It is important we remove ourselves from the situation, find a quite place and spend time talking with our father in Heaven.  This is what will strengthen us and give us hope.  

Luke 22:41-43

 And He withdrew from them about a stone’s throw and knelt down and prayed,

⁴² Saying, Father, if You are willing, remove this cup from Me; yet not My will, but [always] Yours be done.

⁴³ And there appeared to Him an angel from heaven, strengthening Him in spirit.

AFTER Jesus prayed He was STRENGTHENED!
  
Do you need strength?
Do you need hope?
Do you need the will to keep going another day?
Spend time with the one who created you, He knows what you need.  
It is so comforting to know that we have someone we can go to for all of our needs no matter what they are, HE cares about us and wants to strengthen us.
